The game's rules are the same in any format. As always, your objective is to get a hand total of 21, also known as Blackjack, or as close to that as possible. You can't go any higher than 21 or you lose automatically, and you also have to beat the total in the dealer's hand.To begin with, you need to place your bet and will then get 2 cards, as will the dealer. Royal cards are worth 10, and 2 to 9 count as their stated value. Depending on what works best in the rest of the hand, Aces are worth 11 or 1. You'll be able to see your own 2 cards, along with one of the dealer's which will be facing up.
Making Your Moves
You can Hit, Split, Double Down and Stand in the live Blackjack at Spin Live, which is based on the classic European game variation. Hitting simply means being dealt another card. You also get another card if you Double Down, but you double your bet at the same time too. If you have a Pair of the same cards you can Split the hand in two, and get an extra card dealt to each new hand. When you are satisfied, you can Stand and end the round. You'll have to decide what to do based only on the cards you can see. Use the live chat feature to discuss the game with your fellow players; it can really help you develop your Blackjack strategy.
Once you are standing, your hand will be compared with the dealer's. If your total is less than 21 but more than the dealer's, or if the dealer's total is over 21 while yours is under, you win a 1:1 return. If you're lucky enough to land Blackjack, with a total of exactly 21, you get a fantastic 3:2 return.
